Hello Folks,

We have to manual archive public folders (our accomplished projects) to reduce storage and burn them on dvd including the according files(file server) for archiving reasons.

What is the best way to do it?

We're running kms version 7 on centos5.5.
My first idea was to copy the public folders in the archive folder, but this doesn't work really good, due to several reasons.

So, is it a good idea to do it manually, like this:
From the path where the public folder is stored, just zip the public folder I want to archive, delete it?

Any ideas?

Best,
T.
