No any information about incompatibility with Outlook 2010 64bit, but does not work. After install you can add KOC Offline Edition, but cannot add any user info, window does not appear at all Crying or Very Sad

in assist.err file i see following:
kerio::assist::MemDumps::setExceptionHandler: A new exception handler (0x00653F40) has been set.

any suggestions?

64bit version of Microsoft Outlook is not supported. I recommend installing 32bit version of Microsoft Office (as recommended by Microsoft).

You can also read the previous discussion about this in the Office 64-Bit Known Issues thread.

It's already there: http://www.kerio.com/connect/requirements#tabs-connect-2
But obviously no-one is reading the System Requirements before installing the software. Sad

In general I've seen near zero support accross the board for 64-bit Office 2010 products. From anybody. Safe to say, it's probably just not time yet for this version of Office. Stick with the 32-bit unless you need the sparce few features of 64-bit for now.
