is it possible to make a Traffic Policy with Source/Destination using hostname that has wild cards included?

example

*rapidshare.com
*hotfile.com
*microsoft.com

I can't seem to force rapidshare access to a certain link

Wildcard URL can be blocked by:
Definitions/URL Groups
Add Group name Block Sites (as example)
Insert the wildcard URL's within this group.

then go to HTTP Policy
URL Rules
add new rule
Define: And URL matches criteria..
is in URL group: (select made group Block Sites)
Action:
Deny access to the Web site.

Done
It works.

At the advanced you can set who and when.

would it be possible to just route the request to a certain link rather than totally block a request.

Ex. Request for rapidshare servers will be routed to internet link2
