We have a client with KMS 7.6.x and he has deleted a user, but didn't delete the email. He also didn't remember to move the user's email to another existing account to access it later as an archive. What's the best practice to get back into this existing email? I've looked on the server and the user's folders and emails are all intact, they're just not associated with an active user any longer. Thanks!

Just create the user again, you'll get all the emails back.
If the guy behind the account left the company, you can :
- delete the user and select to move all the email to another account (but you can't select which email you want to copy)
- share the inboox of the user to let another guy to copy emails into his own mailbox and delete it in a second time
- give access to the mail box to another guy by changing the password.
