Hello everyone...

I just installed Kerio Connect 7.1.1 and the 7.1.1 OD connector downloaded straight from Kerio.com on an Intel Xserve which was used as a mail server. The server is running Mac OS X Server 10.6.4.

I log into the admin console, go to the directory settings for my domain, and add the details to connect to the domain usin Apple Password Server protection. So far, so good, and if I click the test button, my credentials are validated.

However... When going in the users' list and trying to add a user from the domain to the list of Kerio users, no user at all is displayed... They are just impossible to access. Otherwise these users are available for other services for this server and they can log in with these Open Directory accounts on built-in services. I also checked my DNS settings, hostname settings... Everything is alright.

I did not have this issue with 7.0.1, but it happened twice with 7.1.1 on two different servers.

Any suggestions, anyone ?

Thanks, GG

The server the mailserver is on, is either a replica or connected to an open directory right?

You also might want to go to the debug log, right click and select Messages.

Then enable (just one at a time since the logs can go by fast)
LDAP
User Authentication
Directory Service Lookup

The Directory Service lookup will probably be the most useful.
