7.0.x didn't support Outlook 2010. You need 7.1 or later.

The Outlook 2010 support was added to 7.0.2, however there was one bug discovered later (Kerio Outlook Connector auto-configuration tool sometimes didn't work correctly with Microsoft Outlook 2010.) so the next version 7.0.2 patch 1 was released.

Upgrade to 7.0.2 patch 1 or 7.1.
