Hello all,

I have a couple users getting the synchronization conflict messages. Is there a way to avoid them? One of the most recent ones is below.

I received more information from the user of this one, they responded to the email on behalf of someone else, if that helps out.

Subject: Automated message: Synchronization conflict
Importance: High

There was a synchronization conflict concerning the 'RE: Shoes/sandals' message in the 'INBOX' folder.

Reason: The message had been both modified in Outlook and on the server.

As a solution, the message has been moved to the 'Conflicts' folder.

This is only an informational message generated by the Kerio Outlook Connector engine. You don't have to response by any action.
