So, this is really odd as it ONLY affects Caldav/iCal clients and it started with a few people and is spreading. Basically, the account is set up correctly but every time iCal refreshes it will pop up saying it doesn't recognize the username and password of the user. However, it still pulls all the changed calendar data form the server. And if the user makes a change to their calendar in iCal then refreshes iCal, they will get this error but the changes still propogate up to the server and are visible with ActiveSync clients and in webmail. So basically its just a super annoying problem with the dialog you have to keep hitting "OK" to.

Anyone seen this?

Yes, consistently. I gave up with the iCal/Kerio config and reverted back to Entourage/Kerio.

This issue was also seen with some MobileMe / Exchange users. I think it is iCal issue.
