I try to recover an e-mail for a user inside a domain set to keep deleted items during 30 days.

So I right-click on the user name > More actions > Restore deleted items.

The first three tries returned Mad :
Error : Server not responding

Now (at the fourth try) I get Shocked :
No message has been restored in the deleted items

Here are my questions :
How to restore single deleted items for a specific user ? Is there another way to do so ? (I am confident this (VIP) user really did delete a message by mistake.)

Why is it that I can not restore deleted items ??? Confused
I have tried with several users with same result.

I must be missing something ...

(All I get in the Logs is a new entry in the 'Config' Log at every try but no explicit error, warning nor alert).

Coult it be that I made a mistake in my domain/user config ? Again, domain is set to keep deleted items for 30 days. I doubled-checked my config before to process.

The messages are successfully recovered to the Deleted Items folder. If the recovery takes too much time then the Web Administration shows and error (this is bug) but the server finishes the recovery. If you run it again there are no deleted messages to recover (they were already recovered) and thus it shows there is nothing to restore.
