I have a support ticket in for this and am wondering if others have encountered this issue. I've done a forum search and found a few older semi-related issues but no conclusions.

Outlook 2007 using Kerio Connect Offline Edition connecting to 7.0.2 patch 1 build 1676 (though I've observed this issue on other builds as well with other accounts).

Default AutoArchive options enabled on all folders - older than 6 months, move to Archive folder.

I enabled this about 3 weeks ago. It properly identified SOME of the messages that were older than 6 months and moved them to the respective archive folder however it did not move all of them in the defined date range.

I've verified that it's not just remaining in the cache - they still exist on the server as well.

Any comments/suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks.

edit note: original post was erroneous, I missed some details

Sigh, it's a function of Outlook, specifically:

"Copying or moving the message to another message folder does not always change the modification date and time. If the destination folder is a personal folders (.pst) file, the modification date and time does not change. If the destination folder is a Microsoft Exchange Server mailbox or an offline folders (.ost) file, the modification date and time does change."

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/295657

I noticed just by opening the message (versus just viewing it in the reading pane) changed the modified date.

Hope this helps someone else.
