It seems this happens alot but can imagine what Kerio is doing to solve this very common issue

Office 2010 64bit, win 7 64bit. koff 7.1.1. the latest downloaded version

when trying to set account get message: MAPI was unable to load the information service KOFMSP.DLL.

disabled antivirus, all programs, check variables (path) its ok, created new profile does not solve.

lost two days on this, no solution

any ideas ?

Perhaps reading the system requirements would save you a lot of time. It is fairly simple.
Install 32-bit version of Outlook 2010. 64-bit version is not supported in Kerio Outlook Connector (and Microsoft recommends to not use it either).

deinstalled office.deinstalled kerio.

instaled office 32 bit, instaled kerio.

now I get message when trying to retrieve info: Checking of connection to Kerio failed. bla bla. 0x Synchronizator::setonlineinternal:error while testing connection.

antivirus is deinstaled, making new profile does not help.

ideas ?

I would start with:
- check if HTTP, HTTPS works on the server
- look into the debug log on the client (see the manual to find out where the log is located)
- look into the server logs
- capture the network packets with Wireshark (when not using HTTPS).
- contract our technical support at http://support.kerio.com

Im not administrator or IT wizard. Im guy in home office aprox.1200 km from administrator, received password and server adress to connect.

So I dont know, what steps that you mentioned means or how to perform it.

i will for sure not bother cpmpany IT with this, because i just started this job and would like to keep it. altough mailing as much I need to do is quite difficult from web interface.

If you check there are other posts like mine from other people but also not solved.

thank you for trying to help me.

@bubamis: If the IT department is not there to support you getting up and running at your new job, then something is Completely wrong at your new job!
I would contact my new boss with the issue, if IT will not help.

I am with marook. If the way you want to connect to Kerio is officially supported by your company, they should provide instructions how to do it and they should support you.

They also should have told you that it does not work with Office 64-bit.

If your company, for example, allows only web mail and you try to connect through another protocol, then you are on your own, of course.
