Hello all. We had a couple of users complaining that they suddenly couldn't book any resources. They got the error message

Reservation of resource 'Meeting Room 1' has failed.
You don't have rights to reserve this resource.

The resource rights are set to a group to which both users belong and they both use Outlook 2007 and KOFF 6.7.1.

We eventually found out that these two users had set their real address ([/email]) in Customize Sender (Outlook 2007, Tools/Options/Kerio tab/Customize Sender) instead of the AD username (jbloggs<_at_>

When they deleted the custom address resource booking worked as advertised. Is there a way to work around this, and has this been fixed in later versions of KMS/KC? It appears to be a bug or misfeature IMO ...
