Hi

I have KC 7.1 installed on an OS X 10.6.4 Server.
The server runs as an OD Master.

I setup the kerio LDAP service to use alternate ports (4041, 4042/ssl) so not step on the OD LDAP server running on default ports.

Clients are all OS X 10.6, so they use carddav and not LDAP for Address Book.
Everything works perfectly, except that iCal can't lookup names in the delegation box.

The kerio LDAP server is in the Directory Utility - Contacts - Search Policy.
I've tried Directory Utility bound to Kerio LDAP with the non-ssl (4041) and SSL (4042) ports...
Firewall ports are open.
I used the iCal automatic setup to setup Directory Utility, then manually tried my variation (non-ssl). The setup utility appears to have setup properly with my alternate ports.

I can't get iCal delegation to lookup any names.

What troubleshooting steps should I try next?
Suggestions?

Thanks

Any ideas ???

Should I call tech support?

Should work, so I would go to support.kerio.com or call them.

One thing to check: use dscl on the commandline and see if you can 'cd' into the LDAP server and list users...

Thanks for the dscl trick.. that helped to troubleshoot.

LDAP seems to work fine when over non-ssl port...
Haven't been able to get it to work with ssl over my alternate port (can't try standard port)

Should LDAP/SSL work when the standard LDAP (non-ssl) port is blocked?

Any other tips?

Thanks!
