The administration interface allows users to be defined. But it seems there isn't a way to define groups and add users to groups. Is it possible to define groups and add users?

The standard front-end suggests you can define Sharing privileges for a folder or page to grant/deny "user or group" either "Reader", "Contributor" or "Admin" access.
