Can You post in forum a link to list of existing functions of Kerio Workspace, planned functions based on users feedbacks and so one "wishlist" of functions of users ?

It should have more sections - for example:

1./ what works now
2./ what is planned in normal release
3./ what is planned in next release based on users feedback
4./ what users need to be implemented and Kerio think about that

Or something like that...

So the users don't ask again and again to add some functionality, when they read this list, they will know, what is planned and so one.

And it should have also estimated dates of next planned functions wroted somewhere, so the users knows, when they should look for next released version.

BUMP

One thing that would be nice, is an image gallery.

This would be similar to the file library, allowing uploads of multiple files at once, but with some thumbnail support in the page view.

A very nice wish is that you can point Kerio Workspace to a directory with files.

For example: you have a server with a lot of data. You want to give your employees access to these files through Workspace. You install Workspace and point to a directory with your data. This way you all work in the same directory and an upload is not needed and no double files.

I would love to see CMIS server capabilities within Workspace. I hope that it's on the roadmap.

Alfresco has already implemented CMIS; and a number of other systems have it in the works (KnowledgeTree, Nuxeo). CMIS is the standard for the new Adobe Drive mechanism. Adobe has abandoned WebDAV and VersionCue for file sharing. It is being replaced by CMIS and Adobe Drive. So if you have a system that supports CMIS, you can use it to share, version, and comment on files directly within each Adobe app... rather than having to checkout, download, checkin files.

[Do a wikipedia search for CMIS.]

Where Workspace excels is the usability and interface. I just loaded beta 6, and it's already way more user-friendly than any of the other systems I've worked with.
