Win XP SP3
Office 207
Kerio 6.7.3-7919

We have a problem with a new user account. After it was installed the user told us that he actually can send mails, but never receives an answer. We looked in to it and noticed that the server in fact is downloading his mails, but they are not forwarded to the user's workstation.

We also noticed that when starting Outlook it says that Kerio Outlook Connector is not the standard device for storing message. When we tried to change the folder we saw that the user mailbox was set to "not available". We tried to change it and got an error which said that this folder could not be opened.

We are only able to get the users mail if we set up a secondary mail to receive at another users outlook. We are somehow running out of ideas....
