I discoverd a problem with KWF and hosts with an IP that ends in 255.
One of Yahoo Groups' fileservers has such an IP, it's f4.grp.yahoofs.com (66.218.66.255).
(Hosting files that are stored in the "Files" section of Yahoo Groups)

It looks like KWF ignores the TCP packages to this host.
I get a timeout error if I try to connect to this host via a browser or any other TCP connection, but ICMP Traffic (e.g. Ping) works fine.
I have a rule that permits complete ICMP Traffic on all interfaces but a rule that permits all TCP traffic doesn't help, so it looks like it's a hardcoded problem.
I never touched the routing tables so this should be no problem either.
First I suspected "Anti-Spoofing" to cause this problem but even if it's deactivated it still doesn't work.

If I turn KWF off I'm able to connect to the host normally.

Would anyone please confirm or just comment this issue.
This problem is really annoying for me.

I don't think that it is a configuration problem but if you have any configuration related ideas then please post them.

Confirmed..
KWF 5.x versions have this issue but it has small impact on browsing. Those IP addresses are rarely used for Internet servers.

It is fixed in KWF6, RC2 version is currently available on our website.
