After upgrade to b2 I'm lost the outbound routing screen on section Call Routing. Where is that go to?
On the Dial Plan i can see my Outbound route but it doesn't work anymore. So i want to check it but the screen is gone.

The outbound isn't working
following in the log:

This isn't good. Because the outbound route had to be there.

Hi,

Do you mean that the outbound routing disappeared from the Call Routing screen entirely? Or did you loose a part of the config data? Can you send me a screenshot?

Vladimir,

I found out that this is only with IE8
version 8.0.7600.16385IC

The IE8
versio 8.0.7600.16385 is running normal.
Even Chrome is working normal

But i can't dail out.

It was working until the upgrade.
I had followed your work-around.

Hi Carlo,

What does "IC" in that IE8 version number stand for?

Regarding the other issue, it looks like there is some change in the SIP signalizing and your provider does not like that. Could do a packet capture so that we can investigate what's wrong?

What IC means no clue.
I had IE9 running on my notebook and had made a roll-back.
Then i get the IE8 IC back. I tried to get a normal version IE8 on my notebook but that isn't working or to install.

How do want my to capture the packet. On Operator or on a workstation?

It looks to my that the outbound is sending the extentension otherwise then the outside number (SIP trunk).

Found out what IC means.

IC = Internet Content Provider
IS = Internet Service Provider
CO = Corporate Administrator

Please use the packet sniffer in Operator. It's under System > Network > Advanced.

It is caused by browser's feature Zoom. Set zoom level to 100% (instead of 95% - see your screenshot at right bottom corner).

And indeed it's the zoom function.
But i think that's still a "bug". Then provide a scrollbar below.
If that's happen.

Hi Carlo,

It looks like you are sending a short user ID to the SIP provider. Maybe you have changed the rewriting rules or set the User ID under "User ID differs from the telephone number" ? See packets 133-141 in your packet dump.

You solved the problem. I have put in the number of the outside line. And now it works again. But i haven't change anything except cleanup the call log as you told use to do as workaround.
