When I try and register the product via the register as Become a registered trial user button I get an error message: Network/Protocol Error. Any Ideas? We do have a web proxy server at the head end. Could that be causing the problem?

the registration wizard needs to connect to Kerio's web servers. If that's not possible for any reason (and proxy can be one of them), you get a network error.
