How to record calls in kerio operator?
And also how to make call forwarding from the server side ?

you can record calls that were processed via a queue

Correct, you can record call queue calls.

Does this mean you can not record an outbound call ?

We have made this request also. But for incoming and outcoming.
One of our customers is a law firm. They need it to record phone call for there cases.
The recording by call queue isn't handy. Because sometimes the queue isn't be used.
