Is it possible to install kerio operator on other than a linux os
(on windows xp maybe...)?

The simple answer is No.
Kerio have Operator bundled with it's own OS (a Linux distro) so that it is all tested as one piece - the OS, the software, the drivers and the configuration.
It's not even supported to install Operator on your own version of Linux (just like Kerio Control)

Do you have any future plans to make this Software install on Windows Operating Systems?

(i.e. like Kerio Connect.)

We have no plans to port Operator to Windows so far.
