Regarding the automatic configuration apps for ical/addressbook/entourage.
Are the customized for the server and/or customized for the user?

Can I download the app once with my user, then use the same automatic-configure installer with other users?

Auto-configuration utilities are customized for each user and server. Therefore it is not possible to use one copy for configuring another server or more users on the server.
Download and installation of the utility is very simple so any user should be able to do it.

Ahh... !

The installer makes a small perl include file inside the package, that's compiled and included when the installer runs!
Edit: Last time I checked...

I haven't tried it yet, but you shoudl be able to modify that include file with the new user shortname and run it.

And THAT make sme wonder WHY Kerio has not made any better deployment tools for the admins...
