It is now possible to record calls that go through call queues. Operator is intended as a product for SMBs. What Call center features would you expect?

ACD / Routing
CTI / Desktop
Predictive
Power
Preview
Recording
Scheduling
App Integration

If you can make system with features for SMB and license fee less 100$ per seat.
You can many license sales to SMB call-center and debt collection agency.
At this moment system with features make Avaya, Genesys and Altitude with license fee 1000$ per seat.
