We have had problems with some users seeing duplicated contacts in their Address Books. We have tracked down the problems to Kerio Sync 7.1. I took the following actions with one person's AB that helped but the problem then returned for public contacts.

1. Quit out of AB

2. Removed the AB folder from ~/Library/Application Support folder

3. Ran AB to create a new empty address book

4. Did a repair sync from KC server to client. Did not include any shared contacts.

5. Most of the duplciation disappeared, both in groups and contacts.

6. Added shared contacts to sync and synced again

7. Now we see duplicates from contacts that came from KC. In some cases they are contacts that were deleted from the shared contacts group. When looking at the duplicates we see that they are AB cards from different times with different data on them.
