One of our users receives emails from a vendor on a regular basis and for whatever reason, the senders receive undeliverable notifications, but our user receives the email. The problem is that the senders keep resending the emails thinking the emails were never received. The domain that the emails are coming from is whitelisted. What could cause this? On our side it's Kerio Mail Server 6.7.3 patch 1 on RHEL 5.5 and the client is Firefox.

Open the admin console and do a test of the address the sender is sending to. It may not be the user's address ...
