Hi ive installed a kerio connect server at a site now some users need to download there emails in outlook from home how do i go about configuring this.

What do you mean?

The users had there e-mail at home?
And that must be copied into the server.

Then you must use Kerio Outlook Connector (offline)(KOFF).
Make sure that the following service/port are reachable from outside. IMAP, IMAPs, SMTP, SMTPS and HTTPS.
Then install KOFF at the users at home beside the excisting outlook configuration. After the connection is made the user can copy their e-mail from the pst file manual to KOFF.
The KOFF will sync with the server and the mail should placed in the user mailbox.

I hope you understand what i try to explain.

i got a server that has kerio connect on it right, then i got users who go home and want to open outlook an recieve their emails off the kerio connect server. in other words they want to recieve there emails in outlook offsite

First you have to create the users on your KC server, then you have to configure Outlook to connect to your KC server. Depending on your needs you can use different protocols for that (POP3, IMAP and others).
