I am trying to setup resources to be scheduled in Outlook 2007 (i.e. checkout conference room and equipment). I can finally see the free busy data, but when I try to send a meeting request to the resource I get an email bounced back that says:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Unsupported message format

Has anyone run into this, or know of something I should check for?

Thanks for your time.

Impossible to answer without knowing more details.
Make sure you're running the latest Kerio Connect version and that the message being sent to the resource is really a meeting invitation. Regular emails will be rejected and they have no meaning for the resource.

What other details would help? I'm using the latest version of Kerio Connect and Outlook 2007. I'm sending meeting invitation requests to the resource from the Outlook calendar meeting request, not just an email. On another machine, I didn't get the message bounce back but the meeting wasn't showing up on the resources calendar. It all works fine from the web interface. Thanks for your reply.
