Hello all,

I have a user on OS X (Tiger) with entourage 2008. This week he started getting the following error messages:

could not synchronize record <record> to exchange server <username>

We don't have an exchange server, so not sure why it's throwing that up. Anyway, I performed a quick search and noticed that other people had similar issues a couple years ago, but didn't see a resolution.

Anyone have any ideas why this is coming up?

Same problem here, (30 months later) on Kerio 8.1.1 and Outlook 2011.

We get these when we open an other users folder (inbox)

any idea?

Quite a general problem. There can be problem with access rights. Or user mailbox was deleted and created again. Authentication changed from ldap to local database or vice versa.
Please send logs (http://kb.kerio.com/article.php?id=1053).
