Hi all,

I test a demo version of winroute before buy.

All is working fine but I want to use http policy to limit web to authentified users. My problem is that I don't want to use Active Directory.

Is it possible to import/export users/groups to csv file ?

Or maybe I don't found how to do this ?

thanks for any suggestions.

A future user of Winroute (maybe)

Lenif.

I don't get question good, but you have winroute.cfg, userDB.cfg, etc.. and everything is written like xml there.
(open in notepad)

Question cannot be stupid, but some of the answers can.

thanks for your response ... I check the userDB.cfg, but I want to be able to add users automatically with a CSV import of other methods except ActiveDirectory import. If I make a small tools to add user into userDB.cfg, my problem is the variable name UUID. Winroute must build this variable. Or I need to get encryption algorythm for this key.

I think the best way is to allow admin to import a user list into administration console. I don't understand why we can just import from AD ?

To be more explicit:

* I don"t use Active directory from MS
* I already have a mysql DB with all user wich can get access to internet
* I don't want to introduce more than 100 users into winroute admin console.
* I can export users from my actual DB and I want to be able to import this list into winroute

Hope you better understand my request
