We run kerio connect and recently changed our ISP (to virgin). The IP they gave us is static, but SORBS seems to think it isn't. Addresses not on our host are forwarded on to our external host (1and1) who seem to use SORBS and will not turn it off. 1and1's advice was to contact sorbs, which I did. I've tried getting it delisted, but their delisting process is completely useless. I've tried twice, and have been completely ignored.

Anyone any advice?

Sorbs is very difficult to deal with. My experience is that they mark an IP range as "dynamic" when the Reverse lookup (DNS PTR record) contains numbers, example:

In one incident with a customer we could solve this by making the ISP change the PTR to

But the best would still be if you could get a PTR that matches your server name
