In Outlook 2007 there is support for "Color Category roaming" as you can read below:
Color Category roaming - Color Categories are now saved in your default data file, instead of in the Windows registry. If you use a Microsoft Exchange account, your categories are now available on all of the computers that you work on.

Does Kerio support this feature also? I'm using v6.5.1 of KMS but considering to update to the latest version.

Tested this with OL2010 and Kerio Connect 7.1.3 and it works pretty fine.
It'd be aaaawesome if the Categories were also visible in the Webmail client.

if the webmail client could display those flags would be really awesome. as soon as you mark a mail with a flag, doesn't matter which color or with the tick off symbol, it get's a red flag mark in the webclient. that's a little bit annoying.

I'm afraid that's impossible because Kerio doesn't support Thunderbird's/any other client's individual IMAP flags for categories (Thunderbird calls them "tags").

that's kind of sad and it would be a great feature for all the freesoftware users. even better would be some kind of support for a transition between outlook flags and thunderbird tags Smile

Supporting the corresponding IMAP flags shouldn't be a problem. But transition between the Outlook Flags and Thunderbird Tags might be quite impossible because you can edit them yourself, add, delete, rename them, change their color... And those settings are always stored locally. So the IMAP flag for a blue Thunderbird Tag might be interpreted as a yellow Tag on another machine - not to mention what Outlook might make of it. Wink
