Backstory:
I had Office 2010 64bit installed and configured Kerio in some wacky manner using IMAP instead of properly using the connector (I didn't know any better... derrr).

I saw someone else who had it setup properly and decided to dump Office 2010 64bit for 32bit so I could make appropriate use of the connector.

I installed Office 32bit. I deleted all of my profiles so I could start with a clean slate.

The problem now:
When I go to configure an e-mail account, I select the "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" option and pick "Kerio MailServer (KOC Offline Edition)" under Other. When I press next I get the following error which I've attached a picture of:

Opening of profile failed. (For technical support: 0x8004010f).

I can't get into the Repair option for "Kerio MailServer (KOC Offline Edition)" when I go into account settings so there is no way to clear the cache, etc.

I thank anyone in advance for any help you may give.

I installed the latest connector which lets me get a little further. I am able to nearly get Outlook opened but received this: Cannot open your default e-mail folders. The information store could not be opened.

I have tried cleaning the cache from KOFF to no avail.

some time has lapsed on this but I'd delete the old mail profile in the control panel and recreate a new one.
