I'm trying to transfer some accounts from an Exchange 2007 server to Kerio Connect as a test. I'm using the Exchange Migration Tool, it gets passed the Exchange server info but when I type in the Kerio connect hostname it sits on "connecting to Kerio Connect" for a 3-4 minutes then comes out with "Connection to Kerio Connect Failed. Please check the typed hostname and try to connect again."

I've also tried using the IP address rather that the hostname (I assume this should also work?) I can connect outlook fine to the Kerio Connect server, I can browse the webmail, everything is working apart from this.

I've updated Kerio connect to the latest version (7.12) and have downloaded what I assume is the latest version of the migration tool. The migration tool is running on a win XP workstation on the same network as the two servers.

Has anyone any idea what I may be doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Can you connect to the server with the admin utility? That and the Migration utility use the same port.

Yeah I can access the admin utility no problem. I read somewhere on another post something about port 44337 being needed so I opened that aswell but still nothing, rather strange.
