Hi
We're experiencing this error in the logs, however Outlook is crashing when it happens.

One of our users is trying to print the diary view of the calendar and each time of clicking print (doesn't matter which printer) Outlook crashes.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Ken,

You don't mention what version of Outlook and platform you are running on (assume Windows based on the OP KOFF reference). I do know of a bug in Outlook 2003 that causes a problem similar to the one you describe. If the user deselects the "notes" checkbox when printing their calendar, the problem goes away. There is a MS KB article on this issue.

Hope this helps.

Such log entries itself are harmless, it is just saying that there is no MAPI client for notification callbacks.

This log occurs when Outlook disappears without warning and rest of the KOFF is trying to inform it about recent changes. It is quite often when you are closing Outlook that two or three similar log entries are filled as Outlook doesn't think that releasing submitted notifications is important.

More than 2-3 such entries at once are logged mostly when Outlook is crashing, however it says nothing about why it is crashing.

Hi garetjax

We're running Outlook 2007 with Kerio Connect 7.1.2.

I've checked the page setup and "Notes area (blank)" and (Notes area (lined)" are already unticked, is this what you mean?

Are there any options on the debug logs on the server I could enable to identify the cause?

Thanks
Ken
