Hi,

Can someone tell me how to change the message which is played when waiting in queue? I mean the message "You are number xx in line, please hold on..".

I can't seem to find this anywhere.

Thanks,
Menno

Hi,

Have a look at the call queue edit dialog, the tab "Announcements". If you do not want to announce the position in queue, set "Announce customer's position in the queue" to "Never". If you want to play a custom message, set it under "Play the following announcement each...".

Hi Vladimir, thanks for your fast respons,

I actually ment the "position in queue" announcement itself, these are the ones i would like to change.
I see i can change the language, but since Dutch isn't available yet i hoped i could edit these also.

regards,
Menno

Hi Menno,

You need a localized set of system messages for this since the system needs to be able to read numbers. This is not possible in version 1.0. We would like to allow the upload of additional message sets in the future.
