Hi, I installed successfulli KWS on Win XP, but now I'm not able to install it on my Windows Server 2003 R2.
I receive this message: "Install error 28204 - Unable to create folder "D:/Documents and settings/Fabio/Start/Menu/Programs/Kerio/Workspace/": 1603
"Fabio" is a user with full administrative rights...

- Make sute that you are using 32 bit .exe file for 32 bit OS or 64 bit ...
- Right click on the KWF.exe file before install then
- Make sure that the file KWS have complete downloaded.

Hi Ghiyat,
thanks for your advice.
All done but it doesn't works, not yet.
By right clicking I unblocked the downloaded "kerio-workspace-1.0.0-1048-b7-win32.exe" file and also tried to run it as an other user (Administrator). Same error message...
