Is it possible to pipe mail for an alias or mailbox to another program?

Specifically... I need to archive mail for a small mailing list using hypermail....
The easiest way is to pipe each message as it arrives to hypermail.

Is this possible?

Thanks

I forgot to mention...

I'm running this on OS X Server...
The current setup on this server uses mailman for mailing lists (not public lists, maybe 20 users per list) and they need web-accessible archives of the mailman traffic so I have mailman setup to pipe to hypermail.

I'm hoping to move these lists to Kerio... I just need to find out how I can pipe mail for a user/alias/list.

Thanks
