Couple of questions while testing workspace

Is it possible to not just remove users but also remove their content on their workspace at the same time?

is it possible for an Administrator to view content that has not been shared with him? i.e. if user-a creates a workspace with inappropriate material and shares this with his colleague user-b
User-a shares this material only with user-b

I noticed you can, as an admin, search on words through the workspaces and then see the page, but they do not appear in "all spaces"

Is it possible for an admin to have an overview of how many spaces are in use and how many pages are made?

Unfortunately not. Sad
We are tracking it as important feature in our bug tracking system. Please note we do not have a time frame on when this feature may be available.

Thanks Radek. Yes, this is a significant problem. If you delete a user it isn't possible for the administrator to manage workspaces crated by the deleted user. The Kerio Administrator should have a way to see and manage ALL workspaces (to delete the workspace or assign users and user privileges). This is a big problem.
