Hi All,

We have a client using Kerio Connect on a Apple OS X 10.4 Server w/ the latest version of the OS and Kerio Connect.

A couple of the staff members seem to keep losing particular mailbox folders without actually deleting them - I made sure they weren't deleting them from any other devices as this would sync across e.g. iPhone.

I checked out the Mail Store Index for the user's who were affected and it looks like they're missing from their too. So it doesn't seem like there's an issue with corruption of the index.

They have an unlimited quota on their mailboxes as well so it doesn't seem like a size issue, even so it would hopefully warn us that data needed to be deleted to free up space before actually going ahead and deleting emails.

My only thought is upgrading the Server to OS X 10.5, we have had some other issues lately using NotifySync over a different port then default, they have a Web Server on Port 80. SSL has been temperamental.

Has anyone heard of any other instances of this happening and why? Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers!

Do the folders disappear in WebMail too? Or is it Apple Mail-only issue?

The folder's are also not visible in Webmail or any other platform, Entourage, iPhone etc.

It is like they have just disappeared out of no where.
