i deleted a user from my BES, however when i try to add back the same users, the name is not coming up.

Any suggestions?

You need to wait until the BES server removes the account (it is only scheduled for deletion). Or you can force the BES server to remove all accounts scheduled for deletion immediately.

I deleted the user yesterday and i'm still unable to add them back. How do i force a deletion?
