The Executive Secretary at our company needs to routinely create meeting appointments for several physicians within our organization.

Currently, she has access to create appointments directly into the physicians individual's calendar but is complaining it is to time consuming to have to do this and is looking for an easier way.

My other suggestion was to create one appointment and invite the individual physicians; however the physicians don't like this idea because if they are not up to date on reading their e-mails, their calendars may not be current either.

Are there any other options I am missing with regards to posting an appointment to multiple calendars?

Hi,

Your Secretary can copy this between calendars (create in one, select, Edit->Copy, change calendar, Edit -> Paste etc.)

It can not be done for recurrence appointment.
