We're using Kerio Connect 7.0.2 on Red Hat.
One of the users deleted a bunch of emails he needed from his inbox so we restored his inbox from backup but Connect isn't seeing the restored email. I also tried restoring to a different directory and manually copying his inbox back in. Is there something I need to do to let Connect see the restored files?
You could try renaming replacing or removing the .fld files for that folder.
- stop whatever device you're connecting with for that user (outlook, iphone etc.)
- stop kerio connect
- renamame replace or delete the .fld's for that folder
- start connect
- start devices
It should re-index after that. (.fld files will be auto-generated the next sync).
