The OS X 10.6.5 update updated Apple Mail to 4.4

Does this version of Mail support an Exchange connection to KC 7.1.3?
I can't get it to work.

So I guess the answer is 'no' ?

To sum it up then... for Apple Mail on Snow Leopard, I should use 'Exchange IMAP'
Is that correct?

Yes, use Exchange IMAP. "Exchange" is EWS which will be supported in Kerio Connect 7.2
