I don't use a GPO on my Windows Domain but. The archive menu are disabled on all outlook in my domain : See attachement.

Before updating to version 7.1.3, I had the menus. Can you tell me how to reactivate?

PS. I don't want to use a Kerio Archive system

Which outlook version are you running ?
Was outlook also updated ?

This issue is caused by Microsoft update KB2412171 of 14 december and should have been sorted by a fixed update by the same name by Microsoft on 11 january. If you still have this issue, remove said update from Control panel > Add/remove programs.
Microsoft will find a new Update KB2412171 but this one should be fine (Outlook.exe dates from december 20).
