Hi there,

we do have a synchronization issue with a MacOS 10.4.9 (PPC) client running Kerio Sync Connector 7.1.2-2260. The synchronization fails and a red icon shows up in the bottom right corner. The Synchronize Now, the Schedule, Repair and both customize buttons are inactive.

I've enabled "Enable debug logging" but nothing is written to the logfile. I've trashed all preferences, Addressbook/iCal Caches + reinstalled the Kerio Sync Connector. However, the issue still exists.

We run another MacOS 10.4.9 (INTEL) client which syncs seamless..

Is this a known issue with old PPC clients?

Any solution for that?

We did some in-depth testing with 2x PPC clients running MacOS 10.4.9 and Kerio Sync Connector 7.1.2-2260. On both machines Kerio Sync Connector says "Connection to the server failed". This bug seems to be fixed in KC 7.1.3.
