After sending emails to them through hotmail, I received this "This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients failed.". Yet the users received the emails. What is the problem and how to resolve it?

Thanks!

That could be many things. Did ALL the recipients receive the mail? It's not uncommon for Outlook to mangle the addresses so mail servers can't parse the To: field properly, believing there are more recipents than there actually are. E.g. when it autocompletes entries from the address book and gives you this for one single recipient:

'recipient@example.com' <recipient<_at_>example.com>

But it's impossible to say without headers from the message that was sent.
