Please help, i run kerio mail server and found that some user have sent email to a user but the mail doesn't go to inbox instead it goes to deleted item folder. i unchecked spam filter, antivirus, and attachment filter but still not solved.

i also checked at my client computer. there is no junk filter actived at all.

then i restarted the kerio service and email goes to inbox as usual but not for so long then it goes to deleted item folder again. I have to restart service again and again in order to fix the problem.

the weird thing is some sender can send email to this recipient with no problem but email from just some particular senders go to this recipient deleted item folder.

this is very important because some mail is vital and the recipient doesn't receive it.

Please help.

Hi Karwin,

Did you discover the problem?
I have a customer with the exact same problem.

When I look at her webmail, I see the mails in her deleted items folder which should be in her inbox. These mails are all marked as spam and still unread.

Looking forward to hear what solved your issue.
