Trying to set up the CardDAV link between Apple Address Book and Kerio.

The latest versions of Kerio and Snow Leopard Server installed. Also, the latest version of Snow Leopard running on my iMac.

I had to change the LDAP port to 390 and is was showing a conflict with port 389.
I then downloaded and installed the latest Address Book Config tool. That installed without error, but...

I get the message "The CardDAV server returned an error (405) for the user "username".

I've searched on Kerio for error 405. I've googled the above phrase (but not including the username of course).

The user guide or manual only tells you to have it do the automatic configuration. That ain't cutting it.

Help
