Hi
I have a problem with kerio V6.7.0 SP1 and outlook KOFF.

I can not access to public folder.
public folder is ok but there are not the ten folders we can see and read/write with the KOC or webmail.
there are no synchro between the mail server and the profil KOFF for the public folder.
I have updated the version but same problem.

Someone knows a solution

Try this: Shutdown OutLook. Control panel / Mail / E-Mail Accounts / double click kerio connect / Repair tab / Empty cache.

Good is better than evil because it's nicer

i did it, without any success. its strange because if i change it's nam, or i add something new i can see the whole list for a few days. i am sure that it is a server's fault. i have more than 40 users connected with outlook 2003 /2007 right now, and they lost the glabal addresses in the same time. i gonna restart the server in the eveneing i think.
