I have been receiving this message and am unable to open outlook. Actions I have taken is to reinstall outlook, reinstall kerio (however Kerio cannot open outlook now so therefore it cant be completely reconfigured), andrun repair and troulbleshooting for outlook. Running office 2010. It was working perfectly up until Christmas, and Kerio works well on all our other PCs.

Can anybody help Thanks

you have to remove the mail account which was created by the kerio outlook connector. go to start -> control panel -> mail -> show existing profiles -> select the kerio account and remove it.

the problem could be that all mails etc. could be gone if you use koff. but i am not sure about that and somebody else should comment on that.
